Online Notary
Online Notary Services: $25 – I can notarize your document online regardless of your location. You will need access to a computer and a cell phone that can receive US-based text messages. To schedule an appointment click here. (Fee will be paid directly to the online notary service during your registration. I will send out an email with more information right before your scheduled appointment.)
Basic Notary Fees*
Oregon State Notary fee: $10 per signature
Travel Fee**: $25 (Up to 20 miles. $1 for each additional mile) I can give you a more exact quote after you contact me for individuals outside of the Portland Metro area. I am happy to drive to you!
In my neighborhood special: $5 travel fee if you meet me at the Safeway at NW Cornell & Murray.
After hours: $10 additional fee for each hour after 7pm, or before 7am.
Signer Late Fee: $1 per minute after the first 5 minutes of being late. (This fee may be waived if you call with a legitimate excuse like a car accident etc. Or if you notify me that you will need to be late in a reasonable amount of time ahead.)
Other Services*
Organization and Packing & Unpacking: $25 per hour. Travel fee waived with a 2-hour booking. For more details see my Organization Page.
Printing Services: Black & White – $0.25 per page, $0.50 per page if double-sided, Full Color $1.00 per page, no double-sided
Laminating Documents: $1.00 per 8.5×11 page
Document drop to FedEx or other shipping company: $15 (if there is a 3-day window for me to drop the docs, otherwise see courier fees below.)
Courier Fees: $25 travel fee (Up to 20 miles. $1 for each additional mile) with an additional $10 drop off and $10 pick up fee if I need to do both.
Wedding Officiant: $150 for 4 hours including ceremony. This includes up to 4 email exchanges about vows and day of plans. Rehearsal attendance is an extra $50 fee. No travel fee if less than 30 miles from the 97229 zip code.
*All fees must be paid upfront before services are rendered.
**Travel fee must be paid even in the event that the signer forgets ID and must reschedule or refuses to sign.
